Singapore Entrepreneur Pass (EP)

The conditions for transitioning to permanent residency in Singapore after starting a business are straightforward. The application and renewal criteria are flexible. After holding an executive work pass for a minimum of 2 years, individuals can apply for Singapore permanent residency. Singapore Entrepreneur Pass (EP) Application Requirements
1. Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification, verified through the China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (only applicable to Chinese qualifications). For qualifications below diploma level, a longer period of executive business experience is required
2. The applicant must have at least 3 years of experience as a shareholder or executive, with a total work experience of over 9 years
3. The Singapore company must provide at least 3 business contracts
4. The Singapore company must have a minimum startup capital of at least SGD 300,000
