Main applicant:

1. Minimum age of 18 and a clean criminal record

2. Purchase a property in Cyprus worth at least €300,000

3. The main applicant must have an annual income of €30,000. For each additional dependent, such as a spouse or child, an additional €5,000 of annual income is required. If parents are included, an additional €8,000 of annual income is required for each parent
