Hungary Long-Term Residency

The Hungary Long-Term Residency program allows applicants to obtain a Hungarian residence card as an entrepreneur within 3-6 months by registering a local company. This program does not require applicants to have a background in business or management, and there are no specific educational requirements. The program allows for the immigration of the entire family based on the application of one individual. Applicants can stay in Hungary to maintain their company or for other reasons, and they can even settle in other EU countries. Once the residence card is obtained, applicants can enjoy free public education, healthcare benefits, and travel freely to 26 Schengen countries.

Hungary Long-Term Residency Application Requirements

1. Age: Between 25 and 60 years old

2. Financial Resources: Provide proof of funds of at least CNY 200,000 (recommended CNY 400,000) or equivalent in other forms of asset proof, such as stocks, financial investments, or real estate

3. Possession of a business license or relevant skills certificate, or the ability to provide a letter of proof of employment in a managerial position in a related industry

4. The residence card application does not require a certificate of no criminal record. However, for the conversion to permanent residency, a certificate of no criminal record from the applicant's country of origin is required
